Truman State University: The Early Years contains photographs from the years when the Kirksville, Missouri, school was considered a "normal school" that specifically trained high school graduates to become teachers. These are photos of campus buildings, students in clubs and classes, as well as campus-wide events in two collections: "Campus Life" and "Scenes from Campus." The originals are held in Pickler Memorial Library Special Collections and Museums department at the university.
